She then showed Nathan a vacant land parcel, near downtown Bellevue, which she sold to a Chinese developer Chloe, who was onsite to speak with Nathan. “The reason I chose the Seattle area to start my real estate career is that Seattle offers great growth potential, with all major companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks, Expedia, headquartered here and they are expanding,” Chloe said. When being asked how she found this site, Chloe said; “Mei recommended this site to me. She knows the market and gets the deals. After Bellevue, Mei showed Nathan two waterfront homes in Lake Forest Park that she is going to list in January of 2017. “Water front homes in this area present great value compared to West Bellevue,” Mei explained “For someone who wants waterfront living without paying a high premium, and yet still in close proximity to employment centers, Lake Forest Park is a hidden gem,”. Nathan was also introduced to the owners of one of the homes: George and Susie White. “We know that Mei will give our home international exposure, especially to the Chinese,” George said, “That’s why we chose her as our broker”.
