A Look at Some of the Top Sales of 2017

A recent feature in Curbed Seattle takes a look at the top twenty residential sales of 2017, from sweeping estates in Laurelhurst and Broadmoor to unforgettable modern living in the city’s most luxurious skyscrapers. Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to share that three of our sales made the list, the first a stunning condo in 1521 2nd Avenue represented by Julie Biniasz, the other two, residences within the Broadmoor community listed by Laura Halliday.

10. 1521 Second Avenue Unit 3003  |  $4.6 Million

Coming in tenth on the list was unit 3003 in the coveted 1521 2nd Avenue building, described by the article as an “ultra-luxurious” home with “uninterrupted postcard views of the Sound.” The condo, which sold in September 2017 for $4.6 million was expertly represented by Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty broker Julie Biniasz. The home features the vibrant excitement of in-city living with generous space and significant enhancements that are unrivaled in grace and charm.


12. 5227 55th Avenue Northeast  |  $4.3 Million

Taking the twelfth place on the list is a timeless traditional home within the Broadmoor community. Represented by Laura Halliday, Curbed makes note of the “wood-paneled library” and “16,200-square-foot grounds [that] include a covered patio with a fireplace, an in-ground saltwater pool, and a garden.” Built in 2008, the stately home sold in June 2017, is the embodiment of relaxed and refined luxury living.


20. 1325 Broadmoor Drive East  |  $3.5 Million

Rounding out the top 20 is another Broadmoor home listed by Halliday. This one, a 2007 Georgian Colonial with classic symmetry that never goes out of style. The article notes its well-manicured grounds, and 7 sets of French doors that make entertaining a breeze.
