The Hopper Group’s luxury retreat in Suncadia was featured in the second volume of Collections, released by Sotheby’s International Realty. The sale of the Tumble Creek Lodge recently closed for $2,500,000. As noted in the feature the lodge is, “the highest-priced property to sell in the Suncadia Resort community in the past eight years”. The Hopper Group was able to successfully sell the property, which had been on the market with various companies for six years, with their superb marketing skills using the Sotheby’s platform.

Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) continues to elevate an already sterling reputation within the Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates network, as the First Edition of the Collections Newsletter, released by Philip White (President and Chief Executive Officer of Sotheby’s International Realty), featured the RSIR brokerage on three separate occasions.
The first article introduces our innovative branch office in downtown Kirkland (page 13), which opened earlier this year. The retail lifestyle showroom brings together homes, art and wine in the heart of downtown Kirkland. Our firm partnered with renowned Washington winery DeLille Cellars to create “Maison DeLille,” which fronts the brokerage office at 15 Lake Street adjacent to the marina.
The second article features our very own Sam Cunningham who sold a $6.3M waterfront estate on Mercer Island with multiple offers within 20 days of listing it. Shortly after, it was featured as an Extraordinary Property of the Day on the brand’s Facebook page. After the feature, they received three offers. The buyer was a Mercer Island family who saw the home on The Wall Street Journal while traveling and called their local broker, who brought Sam the offer. He further leveraged that coverage into getting another listing for $6.95 million!
