Next week, thousands of affiliates from the Sotheby’s International Realty® network will ascend upon Las Vegas for the brand’s annual Global Networking Event (GNE) from September 25th to 27th at the Wynn Las Vegas. Brokers, owners, managers and sales associates will come together at the event for extensive networking and learning opportunities with keynote speeches, breakout panels and cocktail receptions. RSIR is thrilled to share that three members of the firm were invited to speak at the GNE. Dean Jones, Owner and Principal of RSIR will lend his expertise to an Asia Global Alliance panel and a New Development panel, and RSIR brokers Sam Cunningham and Phil Greely will cover Metro Markets and Millennial Trends in Emerging Opportunities, respectively.
On Thursday, September 14th, a collective of the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) Executive Team and brokers joined AREAA of Greater Seattle for the 2017 Emerging Gateways Luxury Summit. The event featured celebrity keynote speaker Josh Altman, a $3 billion realtor and star of Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, along with a panel of experts who discussed local and global luxury market trends. Following the panel and guest speakers, guests mingled at a cocktail reception and mixer to share insights while taking in the gorgeous views at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington.
On Friday September 8th, the Madison Park community came together to kick off the Annual Art Walk, which displays works by local artists in businesses around the park. Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) was pleased to welcome Joe David and Barry Marcus, who showcased their stunning artworks and mingled with guests throughout the evening. The artists were joined by the Park House broker care team, Rachel McMillan and Alaun McCray, and RSIR brokers Cindy Paur, Boni Buscemi, Peter Phillips, Leslie Dickinson and Hoady Spencer.

The table was set for over 200 guests on a gorgeous summer evening on the shores of Lake Washington as Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) brokers Brian Hopper, Val Burmester and Kemper Dougan attended the second annual Food Lifeline Farm to Table Dinner. One of the biggest events of the summer, the fundraising event hosted by The ICON Foundation was unforgettable as guests celebrated the community and local farm fresh produce with a five-course menu created by Kirkland’s James Beard Award-winning Chef Jason Wilson [Lake House] and an all-star chef lineup including Roy Breiman, Chris Weber [Herbfarm], Frank Rog [Woodmark], Jamie Casady and Jordan Cooper [DERU and Little Brother].
With autumn looming, the Madison Park community took advantage of Seattle’s sunshine at the final “Music in the Park” event of the summer, which brought over 150 guests to the park on August 24th to groove to enjoy music and refreshments sponsored by Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR). The Thursday night event showcased Whatever Works, a local fun, soul, and blues band that plays live music throughout the Puget Sound. A collective of the RSIR Park House team including brokers John Madrid, Hoady Spencer and Leslie Dickinson, along with broker care member Alaun McCray were on hand to pass out Seattle Pops, a local favorite in the warm weather with a menu of distinctive flavors including Blackberry Ginger, Pineapple Jalapeño and Kona Coffee, among others.
Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) broker Aaron Gazes leveraged the power of the brand’s network recently as he flew down to visit Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty to tour homes, connect with brokers, and hop aboard a networking boat cruise. Gazes networked with affiliates from Northern California, Colorado, Hawaii and Nevada atop the waves as they discussed similarities between the San Francisco and Seattle markets, exchanged local and global real estate insights, and shared some of their favorite properties.
A collective of the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) leadership team and brokers descended upon San Francisco August 7th to 11th for Inman Connect 2017, an event that brings thousands of top-producing real estate agents and brokers together with industry leaders and featured speakers. Held at the Hilton San Francisco Square, three members of Team RSIR were asked to speak on varying topics at the event, and all attendees enjoyed a week of learning and networking, bringing home lots of cutting edge tools and approaches to implement into their businesses.
