Global Networking Event
As 2017 closes out we reflect on a year of evolution and growth. We welcomed over fifty new brokers to our RSIR family and appointed Stacia Smith as Director of Sales and Seattle Branch Manager. Our leadership also added several new members to the broker care, accounting and marketing teams, positioning RSIR to better serve our brokers into 2018. Likewise, we expanded offices with the official opening of the Park House in Madison Park as well as adding annexes in both Belltown and Kirkland, and RSIR is now home to more than 225 licensed brokers and 25 employees.
Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC and New Story, the brand’s charitable partner and a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, announced today that the Sotheby’s International Realty® global network of affiliated companies and sales associates have pledged to donate funds for the construction of over 150 homes in an upcoming New Story community in Mexico.
Thousands of affiliates from the Sotheby’s International Realty network ascended upon Las Vegas September 25th to 27th for the brand’s Global Networking Event, which brings brokers, owners, managers and sales associates together for exclusive networking and learning opportunities with keynote speeches, breakout panels and cocktail receptions. The event, which was held at the Wynn Las Vegas, was attended by a staggering 2,400 members of the Sotheby’s International Realty network, with more than 155 of the brand’s companies represented from 34 countries and territories worldwide.
Next week, thousands of affiliates from the Sotheby’s International Realty® network will ascend upon Las Vegas for the brand’s annual Global Networking Event (GNE) from September 25th to 27th at the Wynn Las Vegas. Brokers, owners, managers and sales associates will come together at the event for extensive networking and learning opportunities with keynote speeches, breakout panels and cocktail receptions. RSIR is thrilled to share that three members of the firm were invited to speak at the GNE. Dean Jones, Owner and Principal of RSIR will lend his expertise to an Asia Global Alliance panel and a New Development panel, and RSIR brokers Sam Cunningham and Phil Greely will cover Metro Markets and Millennial Trends in Emerging Opportunities, respectively.
The firm’s resales surpass $1 Billion in 2017, a pace of growth that is credited to RSIR’s exclusive marketing platforms, international buyers, and broker micro-branding
Representatives of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) confirmed today the firm has posted more than $1 billion in closed and pending home resales year to date, not including $225 million in new construction condominium presales that are also pending. The firm pegged a 40.6-percent growth rate for sales volumes year-over-year so far in 2017, according to Trendgraphix, leading the top ten largest real estate brands. The relatively boutique-sized company, comprised of just 225 brokers, also leads its immediate peer group in the average selling prices ($985,000), average buyer contracts ($839,500), average listing prices ($2,177,900) and total listing production per broker ($2,910,710) when comparing on a trailing 12-month basis per NWMLS data as of August 31, 2017.
A few short weeks ago, 2,300 Sotheby’s International Realty® network members came together at the Wynn Las Vegas for the largest and most attended Global Networking Event to date. Over 165 brokerage firms from 40 countries and territories joined together to Embrace the Moment, highlighting the global reach and strength of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. The exclusive three-day event commenced with a welcome reception to ignite networking, providing the opportunity for colleagues around the world to both reunite and develop new relationships. Thousands of business cards were exchanged along with countless global referrals.
