The report, which evaluated factors such as average net worth, median home prices and income, reveals that “the average net worth for Sammamish residents in 98074 increased by $60,000, reaching $1.67 million in 2016 from $1.61 million the year before.”

A collective of the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) leadership team and brokers descended upon San Francisco August 7th to 11th for Inman Connect 2017, an event that brings thousands of top-producing real estate agents and brokers together with industry leaders and featured speakers.
