The Hotshot Crew Challenge is finally here and more than 40 King County leaders have aligned with local fire departments to compete for the coveted title of “Hotshot Crew 2017” in the Medic One Foundation’s annual challenge. The contest, which runs from October 18th to 27th, will raise funds to support the training and education of 24 new Medic One paramedics in addition to much-needed life-saving equipment. This year, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) is thrilled to share that our Owner and Vice President, Stacy Jones, is a co-chair of the event along with Stacy Lill, Founder and CEO of Cashmere Consulting. Thousands of affiliates from the Sotheby’s International Realty network ascended upon Las Vegas September 25th to 27th for the brand’s Global Networking Event, which brings brokers, owners, managers and sales associates together for exclusive networking and learning opportunities with keynote speeches, breakout panels and cocktail receptions. The event, which was held at the Wynn Las Vegas, was attended by a staggering 2,400 members of the Sotheby’s International Realty network, with more than 155 of the brand’s companies represented from 34 countries and territories worldwide.
On Thursday, September 14th, a collective of the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) Executive Team and brokers joined AREAA of Greater Seattle for the 2017 Emerging Gateways Luxury Summit. The event featured celebrity keynote speaker Josh Altman, a $3 billion realtor and star of Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, along with a panel of experts who discussed local and global luxury market trends. Following the panel and guest speakers, guests mingled at a cocktail reception and mixer to share insights while taking in the gorgeous views at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington.
The firm’s resales surpass $1 Billion in 2017, a pace of growth that is credited to RSIR’s exclusive marketing platforms, international buyers, and broker micro-branding
Representatives of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) confirmed today the firm has posted more than $1 billion in closed and pending home resales year to date, not including $225 million in new construction condominium presales that are also pending. The firm pegged a 40.6-percent growth rate for sales volumes year-over-year so far in 2017, according to Trendgraphix, leading the top ten largest real estate brands. The relatively boutique-sized company, comprised of just 225 brokers, also leads its immediate peer group in the average selling prices ($985,000), average buyer contracts ($839,500), average listing prices ($2,177,900) and total listing production per broker ($2,910,710) when comparing on a trailing 12-month basis per NWMLS data as of August 31, 2017.
In the latest edition of LUXE Magazine, the celebration event showcasing the launch of the Sky Series Residences along with new penthouse floor plans for the NEXUS tower. Hosted by Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty and Burrard Group, the reception was a grand affair that featured culinary delights with fine cocktails. On June 12th, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty brokers Anastasia Miles, Cindy Paur, Maja Butler, Nancy Klinck, Rosemary West and Vicki Jackson joined RSIR owner and vice president Stacy Jones at the 15th Annual Ladies on the Links Golf Tournament & Luncheon, a fundraising event to benefit The First Tee of Greater Seattle. The successful day included a 9-hole game and scramble with gifts at each hole, and a live and silent auction at the Broadmoor Golf Club as guests gathered for an incredible lunch.

On June 14th, the NEXUS Sales Center and model home were transformed into a luxury lifestyle showcase with more than 200 VIP guests and members of the media. The reception was hosted by Burrard Group and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty to celebrate the release of new penthouse floor plans and the launch of the Sky Series Residences.
