With a background in residential real estate investment and rental holdings, Adam Bradley offers his clients seasoned market analysis, strategic guidance and dedicated client care. Adam purchased his first real estate investment in Seattle in 1996, and has since expanded his expertise in all facets of the industry while maintaining an acute understanding of both local and global economics and investment. He also leverages two decades of success in corporate sales management of the wholesale fashion industry developing high level relationships, innovative marketing, and strategic sales and financial plans with leading international retailers. Born in Portsmouth Virginia, Adam spent his childhood in Norman, Oklahoma where he later studied Marketing at the University of Oklahoma before traveling the U.S. spending time in Aspen, San Diego, Los Angeles and Palo Alto. He’s now been in Ballard for over two decades, where he lives with his wife and two kids. When not working with clients, Adam may be found atop his road bike or a pair of skis. He also donates his time to his children’s schools and to local initiatives working to end homelessness, most recently in supporting the initial launch of Humble Design in Seattle.
