A lifelong resident of Bainbridge Island, Becky Benz is pleased to now be associated with the local office of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. She has been a trusted advisor within the real estate and finance fields for over 30 years. Becky is committed to a client-first professional philosophy, which is the cornerstone for her real estate career. She maintains her stellar service from initial meeting to the closing of each transaction, which fosters loyal, long-term relationships with her clients. The integrity, respect, and trust she gives each of her clients defines her business network today. Prior to her involvement in real estate sales, Becky earned a degree in Business Administration and went on to spend many years in banking and mortgage lending. Her depth of understanding in transaction details and knowledge of home financing provides additional expertise to support her clients. Her decision to join RSIR was based on their exceptional marketing program, which allows for international exposure of homes for sale on Bainbridge Island and the surrounding communities. Becky has two children, Chris and Tyler, who enjoyed growing up on Bainbridge Island. Both children went on to college out of state, in New York and Chicago. Chris remains in New York City and Tyler now lives beneath the California sunshine. Becky loves to visit her boys, on both the West and East coasts!
