Prior to entering the real estate industry, Blake worked as an Operations Director for an outsourced-managed labor company, where he generated $18M in annualized revenue by opening new accounts in 20 cities across the country. It was during this time that he developed a process of technologically driven best practices and consistent client communication, which together form the foundation of Blake’s real estate business. Blake grew up in Kingston and earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Western Washington University before spending a few years in San Diego. He returned to Seattle in 2016 and has re-embraced the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. When not in the office, Blake can be found enjoying the outdoors with his fiancé, surfing or taking road trips on his Harley, cooking, exploring new parts of town, or engaging in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
