With a trusted background as a residential real estate broker and a licensed Architect, Brandon J. Kelly offers his clients a unique perspective with the true ability to educate on every aspect of a home. A person’s residence is often the most expensive purchase or sale in their lifetime, and it is a responsibility Brandon does not take lightly. He takes great pride in looking out for his clients’ best interest, alleviating nerves, and giving 110% to a full disclosure approach so there are never any surprises. Brandon also makes himself readily available long after the transaction is complete and is always happy to pick up the phone and provide advisement or a connection to a credible vendor.

Because of his diverse business strategy, Brandon not only partners with buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals, he also sustains a development business designing and building high-end custom homes through his firm, COUPE architecture. A continued passion of art, drawing and building led him to earn Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees from the top-rated University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. Today, he serves clients through his ownership of COUPE architecture, is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and is a LEED Accredited Professional (practicing sustainable strategies).

When not in the office, Brandon may be found spending time with his wife Jodi, their son Quinn, and their black lab Shadow. A self-proclaimed ‘car guy,’ Brandon enjoys exercising his ever-evolving collection of primarily vintage and classic BMWs and Porsches.
