Brooke Orcutt is an accomplished residential real estate broker with six years of expertise in the local market. Above all, Brooke creates meaningful relationships with her clients, working in partnership with them to set and achieve real estate goals. Nothing makes her happier than when a former client calls either with a referral or because the time has come to start another chapter in their real estate journey. Brooke operates in a “move fast, think big” mentality, implementing cutting-edge technology, savvy marketing plans, and trusted negotiation tactics to sell homes in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Joining the team of Aaron Gazes and Jeff McDonald was a natural transition for Brooke, as she long admired their work ethic and the momentum they’ve generated within the marketplace. As a member of their team and the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty firm, Brooke offers her clients a true concierge experience and award-winning marketing solutions that span not just the corner, but the globe. Brooke serves the team as a Buyer’s Specialist and is passionate about continuing to hone her expertise and best serve her clients. She attended the Rockwell Institute and NINJA Conference training, is currently pursuing real estate licenses in Georgia and Oregon, and a Managing Broker Designation in Washington State.
As a Snohomish and Arlington native, Brooke lends her in-depth knowledge of Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom counties to her clients. Her esteemed track record spans hundreds of transactions and is concentrated primarily within rehab and HUD homes within the entry-level price point. Her clients have relied on her insight in difficult transactions, including short sales to avoid foreclosure and rehab investment properties that have garnered $150K in profits when it came time to sell. She has also served as a Seller Advisor to Zillow, assisting the company in purchasing over 170 homes from California, Arizona and Nevada, to Colorado and Georgia.
Brooke lives in Lake Stevens with her adorable Frenchi. When not in the office, she loves trying her hand at DYI furniture and décor, attending spin class and hot yoga, cooking, spending time with her family, and taking advantage of the wonderful recreation that lakefront living affords.
