Chase Benedict endeavors to help his clients find success in real estate: a home is an asset that can offer both financial success and happiness, and his satisfaction comes from guiding clients successfully on their real estate path. His disciplined nature and practical attitude make him an astute broker who understands his advantage includes his sphere of relationships among clients and peers, built on trust.
A career in real estate had been on the horizon—Chase’s vast experience ranges from custom home builder to world-class hospitality. A native of Joshua Tree, he spent 10 years in Los Angeles and Palm Springs working on custom homes. There he honed his skills first a general laborer, working his way through the ranks to become a lead carpenter and superintendent, learning every facet of complex home construction along the way. In Seattle, he spent six years fostering relationships with loyalty and exceptional five-star service at the Four Seasons. But maybe Chase’s most important asset is his empathy, allowing him to faithfully work with clients of all types with varied goals to match sellers with a winning offer and buyers with their dream property.
Given his well-rounded background, Chase was drawn to the Sotheby’s brand for its association with sophistication, trusted approach, and powerful marketing. He finds that as a real estate advisor growing his business and assisting his clients, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty’s leadership and network of brokers are unmatched. From over 300 brokers locally and 24,000 globally to RSIR’s market leadership and award-winning marketing, he knows that his clients are supported by his expert team.
In his free time, Chase can be found boxing, weightlifting, or cooking with his girlfriend. He lives on Capitol Hill but has an affinity for travel, and in particular enjoys Italy, including the country’s lifestyle and culture, as well as wines from Piedmont and the Neapolitan tailoring.
