About Me

Year after year, Eleanor earns a spot in the Top Five Highest Producing agents for the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Seattle office, one of the most demanding and competitive real estate markets in the country. A true thought leader, Eleanor’s reputation for collaboration and an impeccable pulse on the market keeps her advice in high demand both from clients and colleagues from across the top brokerages in the city. As a former residential general contractor, Eleanor has a depth of technical expertise and key relationships with subcontractors and vendors that give her clients a unique sense of confidence with their decisions. A trusted strategist in the field who is equally known for her warmth and sense of humor, Eleanor is frequently sought-out for speaking engagements, panel discussions and as a mentor to emerging agents.

Eleanor’s real estate practice is equally balanced between buyers and sellers which brings distinctive advantages and insights to both sides. Sellers find her guidance through market trends, property preparation, pricing strategies, innovative marketing, and strong advocacy at the negotiation table to be invaluable. Buyers enjoy the strategic benefits of her extensive knowledge of residential construction, unparalleled knowledge base of local neighborhoods, ability to uncover off-market opportunities and powerhouse negotiation acumen. Through her affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty®, Eleanor offers clients a connection to trusted agents in markets throughout the United States, Canada and globally.

Prior to real estate, Eleanor earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from American University in Washington D.C. and achieved a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. She went on to serve as an agent negotiating complex contracts for celebrities and well-known politicians before establishing her own general contracting company that served people involved in real estate transactions. Always engaging and entertaining, it’s easy to imagine why she was selected as a featured on-screen expert for a six-episode arc on A&E’s hit television show “Sell This House: Extreme.”

Eleanor and her family have lived in Seattle for over 20 years and are deeply connected to the community, supporting non-profits that benefit youth, education, and the environment. When not in the office, Eleanor may be found hiking the trails of the Pacific Northwest, enjoying the beautiful wines of our region, or headed out to sea aboard her sailboat, Gratitude.
