Jenn was a champion in all aspects of our buying process. Jenn and her team were on top of every step and in my opinion closed our deal within 21 days, which from my past homeownership experience was unheard of. She went out of her way to ensure the process was as painless, fast and accurate the entire way. Once we lost our first bid, she took a different strategy writing our bid, ensuring that after many losses we won against other bids. In this crazy market where supply is very short and demand is very high with every home having a bidding war which always went over the asking price, she made magic.
