Joseph Murphy’s passion for real estate developed from a young age, when he would listen to his family members discuss the various design and construction projects they were involved in. When it came time to choose his own path, Joseph’s enthusiasm came full circle: he became a licensed real estate agent. Since then, he has fostered key relationships within Seattle’s broker, builder and developer communities, which serve his clients well. Real estate is a dynamic industry and as such, Joseph’s clients appreciate his level-headed approach, collaborative energy and poise. He is always looking for ways to build upon his skillset, whether it’s studying the local and global markets, honing his negotiation tactics, or working toward a formalized specialization in the Built Green philosophy—a focus that was enlivened through a close relationship with Dwell Development.
