Julie has been involved in the Seattle real estate scene as an investor, renovator and broker since 2010. Julie is passionate about educating clients through the entire lifecycle of property ownership and offers unique perspective to everyone from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. Drawing on her decade of experience of working in strategic sales for Boeing, Julie brings a practical and data-driven approach to her real estate practice. She is easily able to translate complex data analytics into relatable ideas upon which sellers and buyers can make an informed and confident decision. Julie is equally comfortable in creative capacities and excels with developing winning marketing strategies. She is an accomplished photographer and often incorporates her own digital content to tell the story of individual homes. Julie possesses a keen eye for design for home design as well. Her own experience with a massive renovation of her family home prompted her to want to educate and guide potential renovators through the maze of planning and executing renovations large and small. Julie created a multi-modal program called Renovator's Toolkit that has been widely distributed and also featured in the New York Post. Julie is a world-traveler who enjoys the busiest major international cities as much as the quiet comfort of the Pacific Northwest forests. Julie's favorite place to be, however, is in the urban village of Magnolia with her husband and three children.
