Before entering real estate, Kat worked as a CPA, running accounting departments and developing accounting systems. This knowledge and passion for numbers serve her well as an agent, allowing her to negotiate expertly on behalf of her clients and stay on top of the market’s ever-changing data. Kat’s alignment with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is an exciting new chapter as she shares the same high service standards as the brand. RSIR’s international network of connections will allow Kat to serve a wider pool of clients and use her unique skills for them in their real estate journeys. Kat has lived, worked, and studied—she has her BA in accounting from the UW—in Washington her entire life, lending her the unique knowledge of the Puget Sound region, including waterfront property sales, that accompanies a lifelong residency. For the last 20+ years, Kat has lived and raised her family on Bainbridge Island. Currently an empty nester, she spends her free time enjoying the beautiful scenery surrounding the island, taking a long stroll through the woods or along the idyllic beaches. She also dedicates her time to volunteering in her community, spending years on the PTO, and now working with the Bainbridge Island Parks Foundation.
