About Me
As a highly respected real estate broker for 20 years, Kathy Madsen is known for her professionalism and expert negotiation. With a passion for helping people find homes that fulfill their dreams, Kathy Madsen focuses on people and the places they call home. Given her extensive real estate background, Kathy's clients trust her advice in buying and selling fine homes, strategies for making sound investments and identifying long and short term property potential. Her extensive clientele base includes first-time buyers, international investors and relocating executives from a number of renowned corporations and industries.
With a rich background in unique properties and complicated real estate deals, Kathy specializes in destination and world-class properties in addition to select residential real estate on the Eastside. As a top-producing broker and lifelong resident of the area, Kathy has an intimate knowledge of the schools and unique neighborhoods that translates to an unparalleled interpretation of client needs. Kathy understands how stressful most people find buying and selling their prized homes, so she endeavors to make the process unfold the way it should: seamless and without worry.
When the time arrives for serious business and negotiation, Kathy commands a respected place at the table and employs her market savvy combined with a results-oriented and tenacious grip on negotiating - all for the sole purpose of helping her clients achieve their goals. Kathy backs up all her extensive and aggressive marketing techniques with comprehensive knowledge of the entire region's inventory; current market conditions; and current and upcoming trends. For her clients, that means buying and selling happens more quickly and efficiently. It is this commitment to service that brought Kathy to Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, where elevated client care meets award-winning marketing on a global platform.
Kathy is inspired by her community. So, in association with the dance studio attended by her daughter (Elizabeth's Dance Dimensions), Kathy maintains close ties with Dance for a Cure - which donates all proceeds to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and the Pete Gross House. As a parent of a school-age son, she's involved with the Bellevue, WA public schools, especially Woodridge Elementary. Kathy's daughter graduated from the University of Montana and now lives in Dallas.
