Before transitioning to a career in real estate, Kristopher obtained a BA and certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington and went on to work for some of the most renowned tech and telecommunication companies in the world, finding great success in his positions at Microsoft, Oracle, AT&T, and T-Mobile. His extensive background in project and program management allows him to handle the intricacies and various moving parts of real estate transactions with ease and deft coordination.
Kristopher has successfully timed market cycles, investing in and flipping properties for over 25 years, fueling his passion and knowledge of architecture, construction, and design. From sleek high-rise buildings to century-old homes rich in historic detail, he has an appreciation for the diverse selection of stunning properties in the Puget Sound region. Although he was born in Southern California, Kristopher grew up in the Somerset neighborhood of Bellevue and has lived, worked, and purchased and sold real estate in the area for nearly 25 years, granting him an in-depth knowledge of the unique micro-markets within the region. For buyers and sellers, Kristopher applies his market savvy and neighborhood intel to their sale or purchase, understanding that where a home is located is just as important as the home itself.
