Mark was the previous Director of Marketing for a Sotheby’s International Realty® affiliate in the Seattle area. In 2019 he managed digital marketing strategies for over 70 properties with over $100 million in closed sales. He’s uniquely suited to represent his clients as an agent offering them expertise few other realtors can boast. Though serious and committed to his work, Mark describes himself as relaxed, allowing him to put his clients at ease.
Google AdWords Certified, a Vaint Programmatic Advertising Specialist, and Interactive Advertising Bureau trained, Mark’s clients receive custom digital marketing campaigns that focus on their home’s unique attributes as well as a profile of potential buyers. Using demographic and behavioral data, he markets a client’s listing to prospective buyers who are looking to buy, can afford the home, and are interested in the property’s features.
Mark grew up on Mercer Island, and has lived in the Seattle area for most of his life. He started his first marketing company in Sun Valley, Idaho, but eventually headed back west, where he’s made some familiar neighborhoods home: Queen Anne, Magnolia, Bellevue, Redmond and most recently Fall City. He currently lives in the city below the falls, with his wife Kirsten and his step-son Tim. An avid outdoorsman, Mark enjoys skiing, river rafting, spending time with his family and playing with his two rescue dogs. He’s also is passionate about giving back to Outdoors for All, a local non-profit that gives the opportunity for those with disabilities to enjoy the outdoors.
