I started out with this question, “how could I improve people’s lives and make the world a better place?” When I realized real estate could be the platform for that I was in, I was all in. I’ve answered that question in many ways through careers I’ve chosen and some that chose me, but also by approaching every morning with a mindset that how I connect with every living thing on this planet, every silent thought I have, and every breath I take reflects who I am. My question then is, “who do I want to be today?”. It is this approach to real estate that sets my standard at the very highest level. My mantra every day is “what if I helped someone identify their dreams and helped make those dreams come true?” I’ve been a loving nanny, a caring wedding florist business owner, and a nurturing second grade teacher with a master’s degree in education. And now I’m answering the question as a “real estate professional”. Fearless and tenacious I rely on experience, follow my instincts, and rely on statistical data to speak up and advocate for my clients. Foster trusting, open and communicative relationships with other professionals from brokers, lenders, and title and escrow gives my clients a singular advantage. Answering these questions lead me to develop an exacting process that allows me to connect with a client’s specific needs and help them articulate their dreams that has never failed to produce the perfect outcome. The joy I receive from helping my clients is immeasurable. Identifying your dreams, balanced with statistics-based analysis is key to being the person in the room with the most information, that person always wins. My clients are at the heart of everything I do, I lift them up through my experience and guide them expertly to achieve their dreams. My method informs, tracks and monitors clients from the first handshake and beyond to many years later. I wrap them in a blanket of security and knowledge that allows them to successfully make informed decisions throughout the entire process.
