Specializing in residential real estate in the Eastside of Seattle, Mona is known for her business sense, professionalism and strong sense of accountability to her clients.Mona spent over 23 years in sales prior to real estate, working for Nordstrom as well as in surgical sales for Baxter International, covering Washington and Alaska. We were referred to Mona by a friend at work almost a year ago. We are first time home buyers in the U.S. so it was a bit scary to embark on this very large purchase here where the process is so much different than in our native homeland. We started out with specific parameters which included great schools for our three small children and avoidance of powerlines too close to our house. Fortunately Mona was extremely patient in our search! She suggested we look in a completely different area to be able to get way more for our money. It did cause a bit more of a commute however the money we are able to save on daycare balanced out the commute beautifully. We were also able to get a BRAND NEW home as opposed to one we might have to fix up in some way. We just needed to move in and have the house be able to care for us initially instead of diving into to any remodeling projects. Mona was able to satisfy all our criteria for house hunting! She was there for us every step of the way through the whole process. We are so grateful to have the search over and have a beautiful new home! I purchased my first-ever home last month - a home I completely adore - and it still feels like a miracle. However, I know the actual miracle was finding Mona, and the unbelievably expert guidance she gave me every step of the way. Honestly, I don't think I realized how important my realtor would be for both finding and winning the right house for me. To find the house, Mona saw countless houses with me, and shared her honest feedback about the pros and cons. I was finally considering selling my townhome that I have owned for over 30 years. I had not made any updates to it in all that time, but I had kept it in excellent condition. I interviewed a couple of agents. One, in particular, I decided not to use as he was not responsive to my desires and needs. It would have been easy to just sit by and not do anything as I just didn’t know where to begin in this process. Mona was recommended to me by a friend. I have known her for years from doing yoga. Selling a house you've lived in for 21 years, AND never having sold a house before as a single mother, I needed a realtor I could trust to support me both emotionally and legally. Let me start by saying I am a first-time homebuyer. I knew nothing about what to do or how to do things when it came to looking for a house. We were referred to Mona by a friend at work almost a year ago. We are first time home buyers in the U.S. so it was a bit scary to embark on this very large purchase here where the process is so much different than in our native homeland. I purchased my first-ever home last month - a home I completely adore - and it still feels like a miracle. However, I know the actual miracle was finding Mona, and the unbelievably expert guidance she gave me every step of the way. Honestly, I don't think I realized how important my realtor would be for both finding and winning the right house for me. I was finally considering selling my townhome that I have owned for over 30 years. I had not made any updates to it in all that time, but I had kept it in excellent condition. I interviewed a couple of agents. One, in particular, I decided not to use as he was not responsive to my desires and needs. We were referred to Mona Renner by my husband’s cousin, also a realtor but on hiatus from real estate at that time. Selling a house you've lived in for 21 years, AND never having sold a house before as a single mother, I needed a realtor I could trust to support me both emotionally and legally.
