Over the past three decades, Morris Pettit has established a firm foundation in a range of real estate endeavors, from income properties, new construction and renovation, to landowner/developer sales and assisting clients in their personal residential real estate aspirations. In every situation, Morris draws upon a broad set of experiences and resources as a business owner/executive, entrepreneur, real estate investor and negotiator to command results for his clients.
Morris’s real estate business is, in a word, client centric. He aims to quickly build trust and rapport, listens, and does all he can to understand and achieve each client’s hopes, dreams, motivations and goals. Real estate is an inherently personal business. Morris truly cares for the people he represents and finds great satisfaction achieving success and giving more in value than what he receives in commission. It is Morris’s concierge service that has helped him establish a successful career in real estate, with a business is primarily driven by repeat clients and referrals.
In aligning with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, Morris has achieved a partnership with a brand that reflects his personal and professional standards of quality, excellence and business formality. Morris is pleased to offer his clients white-glove service, a trusted global brand heritage and unrivaled expertise that spans not just around the corner, but around the world. As a real estate agent with RSIR, Morris specializes in residential and luxury properties, waterfront, acreage, townhomes and condos, to meet his clients wherever their needs lie. He is also a member of CBA and assists business clients with commercial leases, bringing continuity to their experience.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Morris was in Executive Sales and Service for Hilton Corporation and the Ritz-Carlton. He also found successful entrepreneurial ventures in telecom, IT and healthcare with a Corporate VP of Sales Position with Xerox corporation. During this time, he received accolades from civic organizations, Fortune 500 firms and the White House. This robust background helped form the base of Morris’s business approach through high level consultative sales, revenue growth, executive international leadership, and mission critical negotiation and problem solving.
A Native Washingtonian, Morris lives in Issaquah with his wife, Rita. When not in the office, he enjoys composing music on the piano, antiquarian books, and getting outdoors via skiing, hiking and biking. He also lends his time to organizations that make a difference, including Children’s Hospital, Vision House, Sambica Summer Camp, the Gospel Mission and his local church. In both his work and personal life, Morris is loyal and dedicated, and has a strong desire to serve people and be a catalyst for their success.
