For more than twenty years, Mudge has been working as a broker with a special focus on residential listings and sales within Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap County. Her excellent in-depth knowledge of the area began over 35 years ago when she and her husband chose to raise their family on Bainbridge Island. Relocating from Washington, DC, they fell in love with the Island's rural atmosphere, excellent public schools and proximity to Seattle. Although the Island has grown and changed over time, Mudge feels that it has retained its rural atmosphere and says she really cannot imagine living anywhere else.
As an anthropology major during her student years at the University of Michigan, Mudge's education in cultural development and differences has aided her ability to gain the confidence and trust of varied clients. "I strive to provide excellence in expertise and service as a real estate professional, keeping in mind that at each side of a transaction is a principal with specific needs and varied backgrounds bringing them to the point of sale." While changes in the industry, most notably through technology and the internet, have enhanced the availability of information to all, Mudge believes it is still key to have an expert an one's side providing local knowledge and expertise.
Mudge combines professionalism and integrity with a relaxed manner in order to ease what can often be a stressful and emotional experience for her clients. These qualities of hers combined with the wide circle of professional relationships she has developed within the local real estate industry have contributed to her excellent transaction success rate. She is thrilled to add the outstanding global network and award winning marketing that working with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty provides.
