Experienced in the various needs of a true global citizen, Natalie Debray prides herself on her strong work ethic and her ability to develop trust and build close and lasting relationships with her clients. Prior to real estate, Natalie was a lecturer in Communication at the University of Washington. There, she was an expert in intercultural and international communication and brings this global perspective to every interaction with her clients. Her fluency in diverse peoples, cultures and languages (she is fluent in French) is a huge asset to her business. Whether working with clients in the Pacific Northwest, or internationally, her honesty, warmth, and ability to relate are intangibles that put her clients at ease, particularly in a complex and rapidly changing market. In joining Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, Natalie is excited to be part of a smart, innovative, and creative company with a global vision. Being surrounded by excellent people, superb tools, and world-class resources compels her to be better at what she does. In recent years, Seattle has undergone dramatic growth and is increasingly positioned as a cosmopolitan global city. RSIR is equipped to be part of this exciting trend with a clear vision for the future of Seattle's real estate market. She is thrilled to be on this journey combining her international experience, teaching, mentorship, and language skills with her passion for real estate. Natalie is a Seattle native and has lived in and worked in cities around the world, including Paris and San Francisco, but for the past 13 years she has called Mercer Island home. In raising their two boys, she and her husband were drawn to Mercer Island's excellent school system; close proximity to Seattle and the greater Eastside; and its strong sense of community and philanthropy. She knows this market well and is eager to share its unique characteristics with you. Outside of work, when Natalie is not traveling, skiing, listening to live music, or spending time with friends and family, you can find her at estate sales and flea markets looking for treasures to use in remodeling and interior decorating projects.
