Peter Ostrander’s approach to real estate is closely aligned to the philosophy of success he established in a 35-year career in relationship sales and marketing, retiring as SVP and National Commercial Sales Manager of one of the country’s largest title insurance companies. At the core, he serves as an advisor and accounts for the breadth of each clients’ portfolio. Peter has long served as a trusted resource in commercial real estate in downtown Seattle, with frequent contributions to local media and an outstanding network that spans local and national principles of law firms, development companies, investors, banks, and corporate and government real estate entities.
In his position as a real estate broker with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, Peter positions his clients to command results. He serves as a shepherd throughout the entire process, leveraging expertise in financial legal services, direct mail and digital marketing, and the procurement of properties together with seamless connections to top-tier real estate brokers in the greater Seattle area, the United States, and around the world. Peter’s extensive background includes affiliation with many notable organizations including the Pacific Real Estate Institute’s Board of Trustees, the Board of Directors for the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors, and the Seattle Executive Committee for the Urban Land Institute, among others.
When not in the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife at their Eastlake home, catching up with his three grandchildren, reading, yoga, and travel—often spending winters in Thailand.
