Peter, a third generation Seattleite, formerly trained with the highly respected firm of Madison House, Ltd. Christie's Great Estates for a 12-year tenure. A senior producer selling luxury properties as well as local residences and vacation retreats, he was honored as guest speaker at Christie's annual Scottsdale conference in 2007. Peter now brings his in-depth expertise and enthusiasm to the Realogics Sotheby's family, joining in 2014. His extensive education and experience began in Hotel and Resort Management placing him in key roles throughout the United States and Caribbean for over 25 years. Managing properties of considerable note, Sunriver Resort, The Columbia Tower Club, L'Ermitage/Beverly Hills, and Tides Hotel/South Beach, Peter soon became recognized as a hands on, motivational team builder and leader. His handling of music mogul Chris Blackwell's Island Outpost including Pink Sands/Bahamas, Strawberry Hill and Golden Eye in Jamaica saw him as service driven and results oriented, committed to the goals of perfecting operational excellence and client satisfaction. This exacting experience clearly paved the way to his current professional success in the dynamic real estate world today. With trust and confidence the cornerstones of Peter's work ethic, his thorough knowledge of Seattle's neighborhoods enables him to target dream properties for first time buyers, seasoned investors or traveling further, sublime get-aways in the San Juan Islands, perhaps Nassau's Lyford Cay or the exotic Caribbean. Active in many Seattle arts, music and business associations and private clubs, Peter is an avid sailor, lover of music and global traveler. Now residing in Seattle's trendy Belltown district and having lived on Lake Washington in Madison Park for many years, Peter knows these areas intimately.
