About Me
Phoenix Rockwell-Davidson is a magnetic entrepreneurial strategist with a passion for building healthy communities. Her desire to add value within a collaborative culture led to her alignment with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty where she works with Rachel Schindler and Robyn Kimura Hsu, two of the region’s top producing agents. With access to Sotheby's International Realty’s® global syndicate of real estate professionals, Phoenix provides high-level service to her international network of investors, developers, builders as well as friends and family. After studying film production and non-profit management at Arizona State University, Phoenix founded the first ‘Impact Media’ company quickly capturing film industry attention. Ultimately, she built a partnership with Rat-Pac Entertainment, which led to Sony Entertainment producing her television series highlighting social impact investors and companies. Her relentless ambition and innate ability to facilitate winning connections allowed her to find success in one of today’s most competitive industries. She uses that same skillset as a leading expert in luxury and green building real estate markets. Whether creating digital media campaigns or working directly with those in her field, Phoenix’s positive energy and confidence is always present. This year she is partnering with the Seattle-based non-profit, Community Passageways, and the national non-profit, Youth Financial Literacy Foundation, to train at risk youth how to build credit, sustainably manage their finances, and invest in real estate. When she isn’t working with clients, you’re likely to find Phoenix enjoying the arts, getting involved with local communities, or engaging in health and wellness.
