Pondra Perkins is a talented and passionate advocate for her clients, who understands that every home is special, and each homeowner has unique goals and needs. Her client-first approach and expertise as a negotiator make her the perfect guide to help navigate your real estate journey.
Acknowledging that buying a home is not just a financial investment, it’s a deeply personal process, Pondra takes time to understand each client’s specific needs and goals. She then leverages custom data-driven research, ensuring that each seller or buyer is prepared to enter the market with winning strategies. She uses her organizational skills as a former technology project manager to keep all aspects of the real estate process moving efficiently. And as an advocate and negotiator, Pondra is exceptional—using skills she honed over a decade as an intellectual property attorney and First Amendment appellate counsel.
Pondra has deep ties to her local community as well as a broader perspective. She is a Bainbridge Islander with five generations of family history in Kitsap County, and she has lived, worked, and owned homes in the West Coast’s three largest metropolitan areas (Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles). Her first-hand relocation experience can be an invaluable asset to buyers and sellers contemplating a move from any region.
The decision to align with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty was based on the company’s local and global reputation, its white-glove commitment to service, and its unprecedented marketing capabilities. Additionally, Realogics Sotheby’s enables her to offer clients a robust referral network so that no matter where they are headed, around the corner or around the globe, they are always in trusted hands. Pondra is an award-winning broker, who is licensed in both Washington and California. She holds a B.S. from the University of Washington in user-centered design and engineering, and a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law. When she's not showing properties, she can be found renovating her beachside home, boating on the waterways of Puget Sound, cheering her kids at soccer matches, baseball games, and rowing races, or walking her dog along the beautiful Manitou Beach shoreline.
