Pondra has deep ties to her local community as well as a broader perspective. She is a Bainbridge Islander with five generations of family history in Kitsap County, and she has lived, worked, and owned homes in the West Coast’s three largest metropolitan areas (Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles). Her first-hand relocation experience can be an invaluable asset to buyers and sellers contemplating a move from any region. When she's not showing properties, she can be found renovating her beachside home, boating on the waterways of Puget Sound, cheering her kids at soccer matches, baseball games, and rowing races, or walking her dog along the beautiful Manitou Beach shoreline.
