With a background in Graphic Design and experience working as an Art Director and design firm owner, Randall is a creative mind with an appreciation for the ways in which architecture impacts everyday life. Randall aligned with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty (RSIR) out of a desire to transform his thinking and his business for the benefit of his clients. Though he is a seasoned real estate agent, Randall always believes he has more to learn and finds inspiration in RSIR's industry innovation in marketing. As such, Randall is a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert and Senior Residential Specialist. He specializes in luxury and select residential real estate in Seattle where he typically sells 30 to 35 homes per year.

When not immersed in his work, Randall spends time with his wife in their 1959 Albert Baumgardner mid-century modern above Alki Beach. In 2015, the two founded the Seattle Mid-Century Modern Owners Group, for owners of architecturally significant homes in the area. He is often found performing jazz and blues at local spots, painting, playing tennis and creating mixed-media art.
