Because for Robyn, real estate is about helping her clients build their lives into what they want them to be. She thrives on the high-energy of the industry, working hard on behalf of her clients to help them with not only finding a home, but a lifestyle.

From tailoring a marketing plan and meeting buyers at open houses to showing homes and conducting thorough market analysis, Robyn truly enjoys every aspect of the business. She sets goals with her clients so she can exceed them. Drawing upon her midwestern roots and the value of hard work, Robyn isn’t afraid to roll her sleeves up to get the job done and serves as an advocate in every sense of the word. Her clients appreciate her advisement in contract negotiation and market research, which allow them to feel confident in their real estate decisions.

Robyn has always lived a life of service and wouldn’t have it any other way. She spent two decades as an occupational therapist, which gave her an understanding of the balance required to empathize and meet people where they are at while advising for informed decision making. Given her background in occupational therapy, Robyn’s passion for working with seniors, downsizers and those going through major life transitions is a natural one. She is primed to serve clients with unique needs, understands home safety evaluations and the modifications for healthcare-related improvements, and has a preferred list of vendors to share with her clients. She is also currently in pursuit of the Seniors Real Estate Specialists® designation.

When not in the office, Robyn may be found exploring Bothell with her three children and wonderful Labrador. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travel, running and lifting, cooking and volunteering in various capacities within her community.
