Samantha Schwartz brings a fresh perspective to real estate. She defines her role as an agent as a crucial component: Samantha acts as a matchmaker, finding homes for people to live a well-loved life. Her background in flipping houses gives her the ability to advise clients beyond a transaction, with great knowledge of the construction process and strong insight on what upgrades will yield the highest profit. By choosing Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, Samantha knows her delivery of top-of-the-line service is backed by a trusted global powerhouse.
Her belief that a house isn’t just a home but a place to create cherished memories, motivates Samantha to work tirelessly to deliver the results you deserve. From a young age she found passion in the industry by way of her Father’s career as an agent. Samantha remembers touring homes with him and always knew she’d make her mark in the business, too. After graduating from Washington State University Samantha embarked on a journey to Florence, Italy where she studied Food and Wine Appreciation at Apicius International School of Hospitality. She was then appointed as brand manager at one of Washington state’s top wineries and mastered her craft of providing white glove service while skillfully managing numerous projects at once – two attributes that are key to her success today. Samantha’s pro-active approach puts her two steps ahead of the competition, and her ability to navigate negotiations with a calm demeanor serves her clients well.
Born and raised in Seattle, Samantha offers her clients a deep understanding of the region and local architecture. She is a traveler of the world, consistently eager to learn more, and finds joy in discovering how others define a home. Samantha has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and when she isn’t working you might find her volunteering at Seattle Children’s Hospital, teaching yoga, or tasting fine wine. Regardless of what she is doing, Samantha is always found putting a smile on the faces around her.
