About Me
As a tenacious advocate who consistently achieves excellent results, Sarah Suhadolnik employs a unique and winning approach to real estate. Her clients benefit from her established reputation, attention to detail and impeccable follow through. Sarah consistently manages transactions with sophistication; she combines her passion, strong work ethic, in-depth local market knowledge, strategic vision, and negotiation skills to exceed expectations.
Sarah's belief in teamwork and her strong work ethic landed her a Division I athletic scholarship to UCLA. From there, she learned the fine art of world class customer service while living in the Swiss Alps and London, England working in the luxury hospitality industry, tailoring solutions to anticipate the unique needs of a discerning clientele. Sarah parlayed those skills into a very successful career in business consulting sales that included 10 years of high-tech sales negotiating and managing multi-million dollar global investments with C-Level clients. Sarah brings all of these experiences, connections, and skills to her practice as a real estate professional.
The decision to align with Realogics Sotheby's International stems from a shared commitment to elevated service, unique and exclusive marketing relationships, and global exposure, all of which benefit Sarah's clients. In addition to serving the needs of traditional buyers and sellers in the Seattle market, Sarah was tapped by RSIR to lead a new team focused on the unique needs of those relocating to Seattle from other high-tech hubs around the country such as the SF Bay Area, Southern California, NYC, Boston, Denver and Austin, TX. As a Seattle native, Sarah finds no greater satisfaction than when she helps her clients find the perfect home and community to capture the most treasured moments of their lives.
Sarah currently lives in Wallingford with her family. When not working, you will find her on the sidelines of her children's sporting events or on the slopes. Deeply connected to her community, Sarah has always been a strong advocate of at-risk youth and is particularly proud of the work she has done with Boyer Children's Clinic and Seattle World School.
