About ME

Toby Lumpkin attended the University of Washington, graduating from the School of Architecture with a degree in Building Construction Management. Beginning his career fresh out of school, Toby spent 15 years as a project manager and estimator building fine homes for a construction company. 

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as a builder, developer, and broker, Toby offers his discerning clientele unparalleled customer service complimented by an incredible wealth of knowledge.

He has worked with many of the region’s most notable architects including Suyama Peterson Deguchi, E. Cobb Architects, and Mithun and Stuart Silk Architects and has gained tremendous insight and knowledge by collaborating on hundreds of projects with structural engineers, soils engineers, water-proofing experts, and design professionals of every variety. This in-depth experience has provided Toby with a well-rounded and full understanding of the industry, perfectly positioning him to assist clients in navigating the real estate world.

Toby is an enthusiastic student of design and he himself has built several notable residences. In the past couple years, he has developed an interest in big data and utilizes this knowledge to reveal emerging trends and help his clients successfully position themselves within the market. He goes to great lengths to set the stage for a smooth transaction and works with an extensive network of polished professionals who are just as dedicated to client satisfaction as he is.
