$150,000 Down Payment Assistance

If you have deep roots in Washington state (before 1968), you could be eligible for the Covenant Homeownership Program. Movement Mortgage is here to help you take advantage of the program, which provides up to a $150,000 down payment or up to 20% of the purchase price, including closing cost assistance for first-time homebuyers through a loan secondary to the primary mortgage loan. The loan has a 0% interest rate. It is paid back on the sale or refinancing of the home.

 

Are You Eligible?

  1. Household income at or below 100% of the area median income: $147,400 for King and Snohomish counties; $112,300 for Pierce County
  2. First-time homebuyer or have not owned a home in the past 3 years
  3. The homebuyer or a parent/grandparent/great-grandparent lived in Washington state before April 1968
  4. The person who lived in Washington before April 1968 is Black, Hispanic, Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander*, Korean or Asian Indian
