Aaron Freeman Achieves “Best Of Zillow” Accolade

Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) is thrilled to share that our very own Aaron Freeman earned the “Best of Zillow” Award, ranking within the top two percent of real estate agents in customer service on Zillow and Trulia. Freeman was one of just three agents who were personally presented with the award. As Freeman describes it, what began as a seemingly uneventful scheduled meeting with Zillow turned into an award presentation published live on the Inman News Instagram story. Several days later, Zillow zipped out awards to the Zillow Premier Agents that were rated within the top 10 percent in client care.

As Freeman outlined in a recent blog post, “the data driven-system is commandeered by an anonymous feedback system that surveys clients 24 hours after initial contact with the agent, then again two weeks later, and finally 45 days in when a strong relationship has been established.” A range of metrics are tracked during this process, including communication style, responsiveness, customer needs and trust, among others.

“If your Customer Experience Score is 90 or higher, it means buyers and sellers you’ve connected with on our platform tell us you go above and beyond for them throughout their home-shopping process,” Susan Daimler, senior vice president of Zillow Premier Agent, said in a release.

“The greatest measure of success is client satisfaction and I will always strive to improve my high level of service,” Freeman added.
