Coming soon to a theater near you: a property among Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty listings is about to make its big-screen debut. Actors from Hollywood, Bollywood, and Tollywood filmed for five days at the Om Shanti estate for the upcoming film, “Silence.”

Billed as a suspense-thriller, “Silence,” will feature its actors, including Michael Madsen, Madhaven, and Anushka Shetty, in four different languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The producers of the film boast that the spine-chilling visuals along with the Atmos sound design and score will keep the audience on the edge of their seats.

The set-piece is Om Shanti, a sprawling palatial estate with commanding views of Lake Sammamish and the Cascades. It features a grand two-story foyer with double spiral staircases, and at 15,360 square feet, the estate includes 13 bedrooms and 9.25 bathrooms in three separate residence wings, an eight-car garage, theater, library, billiard room, indoor sports court, and a meditation room.

“Silence” is set to be released this December on 1,500 screens, globally.
