Aubrey Cohen, who highlighted the property, writes that “this house looks like something from California, or the Mediterranean,” which may come as a surprise given that this best kept waterfront secret is actually located on the shores of the Puget Sound. Cohen describes the rich history of this romantic property, writing that “the stuccoed, mission-style home was built in 1931, making it one of the original homes on Browns Point, where Puget Sound meets Commencement Bay.” She also cites the many features of this 3,858 square-foot property which include, “a commercial-grade kitchen, a separate prep kitchen, heated tile floors, lighting from the Pantages Theater, a rec room with a wet bar, three bedrooms, 2.25 bathrooms, two fireplaces, two decks, 60 feet of waterfront, and views of Puget Sound and the Mountains on a 6,073-square-foot lot.”
