By RSIR Staff |

On October 17th, real estate professionals gathered at Penthouse 101 at Escala, represented by RSIR Global Real Estate Advisor Phil Greely, for the RSIR-hosted Content Insider event. The highlight of the event was a panel discussion on digital influence, content strategy, and video creation all in support of helping RSIR brokers grow their business, better serve their clients, and boost their visibility. Attendees left with insider strategies for thriving in today’s fast-paced real estate market, actionable insights, and practical tips.

Featured panel speakers included Amber Anderson, a YouTube creator and broker with Pacific SIR, Nelson Yong, a lifestyle marketing strategist and content creator, Wahid Noori, a digital marketing expert and broker with RSIR, and Monica Church, a digital mogul and broker with Real Broker. The panel was moderated by RSIR broker and founder of Master Plan TV Dan Redwine.

The morning began with a tour of the stunning Escala listing and proceeded with a welcome speech from President and CEO of RSIR Dean Jones, followed by the panel discussion and a lesson into how to curate videos courtesy of Master Plan TV. Matthew Gardner of Gardner Economics touched on the changing landscape of Seattle’s real estate, stating, “We will see a resurgence and the revitalization of the downtown market,” due to major changes like Amazon’s recent decision to call all employees back into the office full-time.

Highlights from the expert advice given on the panel included utilizing strengths as a broker while also knowing when to outsource certain jobs to professionals, like photographers and editors for marketing content. Panelists inspired those in attendance to experiment with their brand in order to find what works for their own unique business. Creating a personal brand that feels authentic will take brokers far in an industry that is packed full of other talented professionals.

When the discussion turned to content strategy, tips included: understanding the importance of providing clients with market updates for their desired neighborhood, catering content to different social media platforms, relying on content creators who understand how to reach audiences, and how to amp up creativity.

The panel wrapped up with practical tips on how frequently to share content, planning out content, the type of leads generated from different platforms, and technique tips. Ultimately, it was a day of inspiring collaboration, valuable anecdotes, and business growth planning all within the stunning setting of Escala. We look forward to seeing where our remarkable RSIR brokers take their business with the guidance and tools provided during this special event.
