Curbed Seattle recently featured Cormorant Bay Estate, a 174-acre Orcas Island property listed by Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty broker Peter Phillips. Sean Keeley’s article notes that while “in Seattle, $15 million gets you a stately home on a hill. On Orcas Island, $17 million gets you a home and 174 acres around it.”
Of the home, Keeley describes the “10,00 square-foot main residence, which hugs the waterfront and offers a Pacific Northwest midcentury feel throughout,” before he moves on to note that “the estate also comes with a guest house and care-taking home spread out between lakes.” And as if the 2,800 feet of waterfront and deep water moorage docking weren’t enough, Keeley asks, “Did we mention there’s a golf course on the property?
