Last week, Curbed Seattle’s Sean Keeley decided to “take a gander at the grandiose homes that take up as much space as they possibly can” with a map of the ten largest homes for sale within Seattle. On his list was Lakehaven Estate, a stunning 10,373 square foot home listed by Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty broker Chris Doucet.
At the fourth spot on the list, Keeley describes that if you want to get to Lakehaven Estate, “you’ve got two options: a gated, private road or from one of the three docks on its 105-feet of Lake Washington waterfront.” Whether you arrive by car or boat, Keeley adds that “you’ll be greeted by a living experience that includes sophisticated Crestron and LiteTouch technology, which controls internal systems, HVAC, lighting, security and more.”
