Curbed Seattle’s Latest Pricespotter Features Westlake Floating Home, Listed By Enrico Pozzo And Rick Miner

By Realogics |

Earlier this week, Sean Keeley from Curbed Seattle asked readers, “how good are you at guessing the price of floating homes?” in his latest Pricespotter feature. In an effort to “counterbalance” the slough of “smaller floating homes [to] hit the market in recent weeks,” Keeley selected Westlake Floating Home, listed by Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) brokers Enrico Pozzo and Rick Miner, a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home situated over 1,630 square feet.

In his hinted description for those playing the “pricespotter” game, Keeley notes the “70s charm” and writes that “we like the distinct features strewn throughout, including the raised nook for the dinner table, a spiral staircase, and a sizable kitchen with booth seating.” Another highlight? The numerous stained glass pieces throughout both floors of the home. Keeley’s favorite, however, “has to be the ‘attic’ nook atop one of the bedrooms with a sea captain window design to keep you company,” though he admits that the hot tub also caught his eye.
