Executives of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) announced today that Cynthia Harper and Natalie Ward—a top-producing broker team—have been appointed as Founding Members to the firm’s new branch office in downtown Bellevue.
“Cynthia and Natalie’s impressive business is built on implicit trust and I have always admired their ability to advise their clients in all market conditions,” said Stacy Jones, Vice President & Chief People Officer, RSIR. “The culture within our new Bellevue branch office is one of community leadership, collaboration and impeccable client care—tenets that align perfectly with Cynthia and Natalie’s approach to life and business.”
With over 30 years of combined expertise in strategic negotiation, marketing and sales, Cynthia and Natalie are regarded for their business acumen, market knowledge, and proven results. Driven by the mantra that luxury is an experience, not a price point or location, their area of specialization comprises all property types. Their portfolio spans starter homes and condominiums, investment properties, apartment complexes and large estates across the Eastside and Seattle.
“Real estate isn’t just about statistics and contracts—it’s about connections,” said Cynthia and Natalie. “As Founding Members of the Bellevue office, we are thrilled to be at the forefront of a curated, unique venue and retail experience because it will foster opportunity not just for our business, but for our community too. We are inspired to add a sense of elevated fun to real estate and look forward to doing so from the heart of Old Main Street.”
Since affiliating with the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand and commencing operations in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood in February 2010, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty has greatly expanded their operations across the region. Each location is unique in design and rooted in community engagement with flexible spaces to spark conversations and experiences. In 2017, the Bainbridge Island office re-opened at “The Old Hardware Store” on Winslow Way as a community gathering space with flexible spaces and connection to Bruciato, a Neapolitan pizzeria and bar. The Kirkland flagship office, established in 2014, is connected to Maison DeLille wine lounge, where guests enjoy award-winning wines and delectable bites. Seattle operations were increased in 2016 with the introduction of “Park House” in Madison Park, and again in 2018 when the Belltown branch office moved to a new location to accommodate the expansion of the firm’s corporate headquarters. Interim operations have begun at the firm’s seventh branch office in Bellevue. The office comprises 30 Founding Members and a growing broker roster, with a café and bar operated by Joe Vilardi of the iconic Bis on Main restaurant set to open in March 2020.
