Debut [RE]Connect Event Builds Relationships Between Realogics SIR & Pacific SIR Brokers

[RE]Connect made its debut as Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) hosted brokers from Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty (PSIR)  for a three-day gathering that united real estate advisors and allowed them to learn more about each other’s markets and network to create referral opportunities for their clients looking to make moves down the block or around the world.

The first two mornings started with panel discussions that compared and contrasted the two markets, followed by listing tours and dinner on the town. While the trip was informative, brokers who attended overwhelmingly agree that the connections they made were priceless. RSIR brokers acted as city guides, driving PSIR colleagues to and from listings and getting to know each other along the way. The Sotheby’s International Realty global network is often heralded for its ability to connect buyers and sellers with trusted real estate experts, no matter what the locale. But as the one referring clients, being able to make a one-on-one connection with the broker you will send that business to is crucial for both expanding the business network and ensuring clients are in trusted hands. 

The event was capped off with a final day that showed Seattle and the Eastside by water as brokers toured Lake Union and Lake Washington aboard JPlay, where passengers caught a glimpse of some of the most prestigious waterfront residences on the West Coast. 

The premiere [RE]Connect event will serve as a template for more opportunities that invite global real estate advisors from neighboring SIR affiliates to network with RSIR real estate experts, share information about their respective markets, and make lasting connections.
