Originally planned to be the last two residences offered for sale, 4405 and 4407 Montana Circle will now be listed on November 12th with offers to be reviewed by November 16th. The homes are currently outfitted as a model home and the sales center for the Montana Circle community.

These two Scheuerman homes are anticipated to be listed from the mid $900,000s.
In other Fort Lawton news, RISE Properties and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, in collaboration with Seattle 3D, are offering virtual tours of the model homes at Montana Circle and other attractions within Discovery Park. Now prospective buyers and brokers can preview the property from the comfort of their home computer or even their mobile device. With just a few clicks, consumers will be transported inside the home and can navigate from room to room while looking around interactively. The technology also allows consumers to view the entire property from a dollhouse perspective showing all levels.
