Michael Cannon, Sales Director for NEXUS, confirms that it’s not too late for new homebuyers of all property types and price points to secure their unit at NEXUS.
Following the staggering 244 unit reservations for the NEXUS condominium tower over the weekend, many potential buyers have expressed their concern about the attainability of a home at this burgeoning 374-unit project. Michael Cannon says things are not as dire as they may seem, and that it is far from “too late” for clients to secure a reservation for priority presales this fall.
“Though we experienced a high volume of reservations over the weekend, it’s a dynamic process and interested buyers who stay close to the project will benefit from up-to-the-minute information. With reservations, it often happens that those who have already made a reservation end up securing a different unit or proceeding with an alternative home purchase option,” said Cannon. “I encourage interested parties to not only register online, but to come by the Sales Center for more information, because while their desired condominium may now be reserved, that may not always be the case.”
