The event, held in Manhattan Beach, Calif., brought together top-producing independent sales associates, managers, and owners from within the network and around the globe. The event was a regionally-sponsored gathering spearheaded by Vista Sotheby’s International Realty and presented by Rick Edler, president of Vista Sotheby’s International Realty. For the theme, the West Coast affiliate found inspiration in Momentum 2018: LEVEL UP.
The three-day event featured a variety of breakouts and sessions, showcasing significant industry happenings, branded content and best practices. Stacy Jones moderated a panel featuring four top brokers, entitled “The Tell All of Winning Trophy Listings.”
RSIR broker Brian Hopper shared his thoughts on the event. “I learned so much at this event, and hope you did too! I am always blown away at the caliber of agents this brand has and the level of excellence we all strive for with our business on behalf of our clients.”
The goal for this year’s event was to promote forward-thinking, innovative technology, story-telling, and connecting with consumers, with a goal of educating agents and encouraging networking opportunities.
“It was wonderful to reconnect with colleagues from across the network and see firsthand new initiatives bring rolled out by the brand,” said RSIR broker Jay Kipp.
During the event, the Sotheby’s International Realty brand’s latest marketing technology offerings were unveiled for attendees for the first time.
“This was my first Sotheby’s event and I was blown away by the high level of professionalism and complete buy-in everyone has for the brand,” said RSIR Executive Director of Business Development Robyn Kimura Hsu. “I was so impressed by John Peyton, president and chief executive officer for Realogy. He was so down to earth and his message of knowing your story and being able to articulate your personal brand to create an emotional connection with your client was a great reminder.”
“It was a fantastic weekend and I learned so much,” said Robyn. “Now I have to go implement it!”
