Raise Your Vibe 2025 Tribe Hosts Galentine’s Bazaar And Brunch At Newly Opened Fogrose Atelier In Kirkland Branch Office

By RSIR Staff |

The month of February kicked off with an early celebration of Valentine’s Day thanks to the Raise Your Vibe 2025 (RYV2025) movement and a timely Galentine’s Bazaar and Brunch hosted by FogRose Atelier. The newly opened high tea and bubble bar fronts the Kirkland Branch office of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR). The Galentine’s event showcased the duality of the venue—hosting retail operations and a private event simultaneously. Guests enjoyed a retail pop-up, live music, a beautiful brunch buffet, high tea, champagne, and a keynote address by restorative influencer Tamra Fleming who presented on mindfulness, community, and belonging—all hallmarks of the RYV2025 platform.

“We were proud to host our guests in our newly opened high tea and events venue in the heart of Kirkland and to do so with such a heart-centered collective,” said Quyen Dang, Owner of FogRose Atelier. “This is precisely the sort of collaboration we hoped for when we partnered with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty to operate the retail storefront. I feel our brands are perfectly aligned in many ways and the spirit of love and community is alive and well within our venture.”

Retailers and service providers within the bazaar included Link X Lou Jewelry, Yomisma Clothing, Mocel Mezcal,

Koshay Luxury Teas, Mermaid Hair Salon, Le Fleurette Flowers, Via Lago Boutique, Posh Beauty Bar, Posh Custom Gifts, and of course, RSIR and Movement Mortgage. A portion of sales are being gifted to support Mary’s Place.

Local owners and publishers of City Lifestyle Magazine attended as well, including Taylor Robinson representing both Kirkland and Bellevue chapters and Chris Ishii representing Mercer Island.

“It was great to see RSIR’s Kirkland Branch office in its full glory—no wonder this company earned ‘Best Real Estate Agency’ for both Kirkland and Bellevue in 2024, according to our readers of City Lifestyle Magazine,” said Robinson. “As a publisher, we know that content is king, and aligning brands like this makes for a result that is greater than the sum of its parts. We look forward to further collaborations and bringing our advertisers and readers together in lifestyle activations.”

A toast to women in business during the Galentine’s Bazaar and Brunch.

“This is my second pop-up with the RYV2025 Tribe, and we are already conceiving the next event,” said Kristi Hanna-Cruz, Owner of Posh Beauty Bar. “I always leave inspired and energized to build more community connections and support fabulous organizations like Mary’s Place.”

Just days earlier Hanna-Cruz and other founding members of RYV2025 made a significant gift to Mary’s Place to support women and families in need. Partial proceeds from retail sales kicked off at the inaugural RYV2025 event last November and ongoing fundraising efforts.

Among the guests were RSIR brokers Lori DeVore, Andrea Korican, Susan Culverhouse, and RSIR staff members Tamra Fleming, Samantha Wallace, Tracy Emard, and Dean Jones.

“I try to make all the events sponsored by my company because I often work remote, and I miss the connectedness on a day-to-day basis,” said DeVore. “It’s also good for business as I met a future client at the most recent event, and I’m always learning from my peers.”

Professional coach and healer, Tamra Fleming, presents learnings from her recent trip to Bhutan, broadly claimed to be the “happiest country on earth” with philosophies like kindness, compassion, and happiness.

A keynote address was provided by Tamra Fleming. She’s an author, healer, and consultant with professional practice in life and work reset, executive coaching, and organizational redesign. Fleming has been advising the RSIR Nation within organizational and performance management for several years as the company, like many in the real estate industry, navigated market headwinds during the post-pandemic era. She recently returned from a lifelong dream trip of visiting Bhutan and shared her journey with the attentive guests as connections were made between the Bhutanese culture of caring, equality, and inclusiveness and the current needs in society today.

“The Raise Your Vibe 2025 platform is a perfect antidote for the collective spirit and much needed after the past five years,” said Fleming. “Like many women expressed during the gathering, this is a time of renewal, empowerment, and leaning into the next through mutual support, being open to change, and building a plan forward. The world is always evolving and so are we. Our incredible resilience and vision will make the world a better place.”

Earlier that day, Fleming sat down with Dean Jones, President and CEO of RSIR for a recording of his Market Perspectives podcast on similar topics, which included the commitment to build upon RSIR’s rich culture of collaboration by sponsoring venues and events like the Galentine’s Bazaar and Brunch.

“We know that real estate happens where the conversations start, and we’re proud to be a catalyst in that dialogue with our dynamic retail locations and creative events,” said Jones. “I’m so grateful for the investments we’ve made over time in our people, our places, and our platforms to curate a boutique brokerage that is powerful, culturally connected, and supportive of our community. Tamra has made countless contributions along the way and her message during the Galentine’s event was well received by all.”

Jones noted much of the US feels very divided over politics and inflationary economic headwinds, notwithstanding the industry changes and pandemic-related trends such as work-from-home and hybrid workweek schedules that have made cultivating culture so difficult. One of his hopes for nurturing the RYV2025 program was to make a conscious effort to cement this year as the defining inflection point for more positivity, mindfulness, and prosperity for all who struggled during the first half of the decade.

“We are attracting our team back into the branches for learning, collaborations, and special events,” adds Jones. “We are set to grow, and we know our rich culture is among the most important advantages we offer our brokers. It’s like a family that we choose, and our branches are like our living rooms shared by our company and the community alike.”
