REAL Wins: The Best Treat Of Halloween Night

By RSIR Staff |

While many Seattleites were out enjoying tricks and treats on the blustery Halloween evening, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) brokers Hilary Long and Justin Cicero were working together with their clients to secure mutual acceptance on the sale of a charming residence in Seattle’s Mount Baker neighborhood. The home, owned by Justin Cicero’s clients, was about to be removed from the market until after the busy holiday season, but when Hilary Long saw the listing, she knew it’d be a perfect match for her clients.

Hilary’s clients had been visiting open houses for some time, and after touring the home on Saturday, she encouraged them to have a second look before it was too late. After stepping through the doors of the Mount Baker home one more time, they knew they had to have it. So, Hilary and Justin spent Halloween evening crafting the ultimate treat for both of their clients, achieving mutual acceptance just one day before the listing was set to expire.

“I am so glad that Justin and I both have happy clients and that we got to work together on our first deal,” reflected Hilary Long. “I love it when RSIR brokers can collaborate with a win-win situation!”

Though Justin’s clients expected to pull the home off the market until the spring, Hilary knew her clients would fall in love with the property.

“The sellers are longtime clients of mine and were starting to feel dismayed after two mutual offers with non-RSIR brokers had fallen apart,” added Justin Cicero. “Now they are happy and relieved that we are pending, and are feeling confident that because it’s an RSIR transaction, the process will go smoothly.”

Given the accomplishment Hilary and Justin achieved for their clients, we can safely say that for RSIR it was all treats with no tricks on Halloween evening.
